No frills caming site just the way we like it. The price is good. Out of the way from a busy Barnstaple town peaceful place love it.
Quiet, simple site in a lovely location on an organic farm. All amenities available, electric hook-up, clean and pleasant loos and showers, washing machine and fridge freezer. Run by friendly and helpful farmer,; site has many thoughtful points that make it homely and comfortable.
We had a couple of days on this site. The man was very friendly and helpful. It has a few facilities not found at other camping sites. There are warm showers and toilets and they were kept clean throughout the day. Kitchen area included a fridge, washing machine and sinks. There was also also a tumble dryer which is just 1 for 1/2 hr. There is a slide and swings for younger children and a small games room which had a table tennis and table football inside. Would definately recommend this site.
Only stayed 2 night but it is a very friendly, clean and with an awesome view. Wife is already booking to go again. Would recommend the site to anyone. I did find some older poor reviews, I can say that from my experience and observations the issues raised have been dealt with. A great place to stay.
Fantastic campsite will come again toilets and showers clean. Showers hot. Extremely quiet no animals or traffic only dogs, kids and humans. Fresh eggs too
