I had the misfortune to be referred here for nhs emergency treatment following severe pain in my tooth the first dentist that I saw removed an old filling and replaced with a temporary one I did mention that I thought the tooth may be infected But I was sent away with no antibiotics when the anesthetic wore off I spent the next 12 hours in severe pain. The following morning I was again referred to this practice fully expecting not to have to pay despite coming back with the same problem only to be told by a different dentist that the tooth was infected no apology for being left in crippling pain by their colleague and it would have to be removed or pay 1000 for root canal work which they wouldnt have done anyway , because they would rather literally rip out your tooth and take your money and be rude whilst looking down on you, put up with the pain and go to a professional practice would be my advice
Ms V John was one of the friendliest and reassuring dentists I've ever seen. Her treatment was the only positive side of breaking my filling whilst on holiday!
I don't think anyone likes going to the dentist, especially myself but honestly i can not recommend this practise enough. My dentist Tony has been absolutely amazing from the first consultation to having my crown fitted. He made me feel at ease, told me every step of the way the process what was happening and carried it out with great skill and care. He is a credit to the practise!! Thank you again to Tony and all the staff at West country dental & implant centre.
Was sent here as an NHS emergency patient and was told that as an NHS patient I would have to return a week later for treatment but that if I wished to pay privately then an appointment could be found today. Didn't leave me feeling like my healthcare was a primary concern.
Had a phone call asking me to bring my 45 minute appointment forward which agreed to despite being a work day. Arrived on time for the new appointment. After waiting for half an hour spoke to reception who said that the appointment was not changed and there must have been miscommunication! No apology and with the lack of nhs dentist no point in complaining!
