Tried to book an emergency Appointment and the reception staff were nothing short of amazing really helpful really friendly and very supportive
Have always found Reception staff very helpful and understanding and GP has always been excellant !will now have new GP as Dr Holman has retired ,Dr Sinclair and Dr Kalsi are Brilliant Drs !
Awwfull staff i called up 8 in the moring to make A emergency apointemt to see the doc about my really really big burst leeky absess wich is leeking like mad and thay wont book me in till next week bloody awful all i needed is some antibiotics and thay were not intrested in hellping me at all thy put me on hold for 30 mins then to come back and tell me to go bideford hospital WHAT A JOKE!! bloody awful im moveing docs its got that bad there !!! Awfull
Avoid, really poor compared to Boutport pre-closure. Not enough doctors (nigh on impossible to see one), lack of trained resources and a triage system that delivers an awful customer experience. Leave (which I am doing) or avoid.
I spoke to receptionist Bridgette and she was amazing. Hit a low point in my life and she showed me utter compassion.Truly helped me today. Such a wonderful human.
