Had to go to Devon, Somerset and Torbay Trading Standards due to recept saying all accepted returnened goods may be subjected to a 15% restocking charge yet I'd bought the item half an hour before bringing it back in the condition it was sold to me in without the knowledge on how to use the item. I felt I shouldn't of been declined a refund the prices are also so over priced and the staff are very snobby.

Excellent service - really pleased as had SD card that wouldn't read - they backed it up to their system and I purchased a Delkin SD card reader, which solved my problem completely. Really helpful and a pleasure to buy from.Thanks you to all who work there for saving my photos, much appreciated.
