DO NOT USE! I went to our local store to drop off a duvet to be cleaned around March time. They use Rainbow Cleaners in Barnstaple. I asked for it to be machine washed. I waited over a month for it and just got it back before I left to work away. A family member told me this evening they unwrapped it to find it covered in mould!!!!! Obviously when I picked it up it was wrapped so it looked fresh. They hid the mould and yellow stains of cleaning solution that has not been rinsed. It's made my skin itch examining it. THEY HAVE RUINED A DUVET. WE WILL HAVE TO BIN IT!!!! What an earth they have done I have no idea.
