Lovely gardens to visit. We came in mid September, so a bit past its best but still nice to wander round. Hopefully we can come back earlier in the year. The cafe is nice, lots of simple but fresh and well made options. Very good choice for gluten free!Better signs around the gardens would be good, or a better map. Something to guide me. I just wandered which was fine but I wonder what I missed.

Beautiful tranquil gardens featuring large lakes - the huge carp and ducks are very friendly. Lots of collections of plants, and different type of planting. Tea rooms serve excellent cakes!! Gravel pathways - but be prepared for some slopes. Plants are available to buy. Parking is 200m away.

Beautiful, well maintained gardens - even after all of the dry weather. A good sized gardens, just right for a morning or afternoon visit. Well stocked cafe - cream teas a speciality, at reasonable prices. Welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Overall a very pleasant family visit.

Marwood hill garden acceded my expectations and was worth every penny we spent. The food is great and the gift shop has some quirky stuff. Gardens are stunning and all the volunteers were helpful. You can walk around for ages as there are many paths leading off the main one. Loads of statues dotted around and the three ponds are of a good size. I would recommend this to everyone and it is also wheelchair and pushchair friendly.

A wonderful natural unfussy garden with unusual trees and plants as well as deciduous. Amazing cafe tea room and little shop. I always end up buying a few plants to take home to plant. A truly magic place. Peaceful and calm.
