Great for pet supplies. Sometimes short of the dog food I want. VIP vouchers not really of much use most times as they are for items we don't get/use or you have to spend quite a lot just to get a small discount!
Great place to buy anything for your pet. Food, toys and much more besides.Shares parking with other big stores. Sells rabbits, Guinea pigs, hamsters, Rats, Gerbils and Fish. Also sell reptiles.
Helpful staff, but no stock again. The dog food that I went in for still wasn't on the shelf, it had been out of stock the week before. A very helpful assistant checked and they had none in store, he said I could place an order, but as I don't live in Barnstaple and it's a bit of a trek to keep going there, I decided not to.
Always tidy, clean and organised. Everything is easy to find. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and always kind to any pets accompanying the customers. I really like that there is a adoption centre within but do feel this could be made more of so that customers see it first before the animals they can buy. I don't think everyone realises it's there.
Lovely helpful staff, and a happy chap singing/ whistling a Xmas Carol while stocking shelves. Always busy. Only had one tub of High Energy fat balls..quite expensive, but told have 3 deliveries a week. Cheaper ones sold but not as good, lacked seeds and crumbled. Wish they hadn't stopped selling Premium fat balls, as reasonably priced.
