The only agents I know having spoken to many others and being an estate agent myself to invoice you a bill of 2,400 for introducing us to the owners for renting a property!! Not purchasing, just renting.. Note we looked at the property to purchase three years ago and a year or so later found out the owners were thinking of renting so I personally wrote to them and secured the property to rent so no introduction and certainly no management which would have been nice if we were going to be charged. House damp, leaking roofs, no hearing signs boiler not working and had to put a new sanitary system in when moved in as surprisingly hard to manage with out a loo! Worst decision I ever made to take on property, seems I'm not the only one to give bad feedback so says something about this company... Customer service at its worst
