I bought a pair of men's shoes last year,They were a couple of days over 12 months.I didn't have the receipt I wasn't really expecting anything to be done but you nether know.The soles on both shoes had split apart from that they looked as new I showed them to the sales advisor found my purchase on their system and came back and said we will exchange them for a new pair.I just wanted to say a big thank you from start to finish the service was excellent and the hotter shoes are made in England as well what more do we need!! Thanks again.
