Brilliant station! The heritage style reminds me of the good old days!
I would have to say the service is pretty cheap feeling for what you're paying disappointed that North Devon is treated like this with older trains to be honest the seats aren't comfortable and lack of seats at times it's disappointing especially coming back from Exeter at 5 pm time the Barnstaple train going to Exeter has 4 carriages when it should be the opposite way around they really need to fix that. Hopefully they look at this and see that they need to work on things at this point of time it feels cheap the service for what it is With increased prices this year already.

Good friendly staff always been helpful with my disabilities even though they are not obvious then today there were no trains only buses and the train station manager paid 110 for a private taxi for me even though my ticket was only 10.60. Very grateful customer :)
