I want to say a big thank you to Planet Bike and Paul for enabling me to get out there cycling again for the first time in 30 years! I never thought I would ever be able to cycle again but after visiting Planet Bike and spending time with Paul his advice, help and support helped me choose an e-bike that worked with me and my disability. I developed Arthritis in my early 20's and have had double hip replacements and have extremely limited extension and flexion in my knees. Hence why I cant ride a normal bike, but with some amazing adaptations engineered by Unicam and fitted by Paul I am now out there and cycling. That first cycle ride was truly a life changing and very emotional experience for me. Paul and Planet Bike are also providing me with fantastic ongoing support and service that means i feel totally confident that I can always pop in if I ever need help or advice. Thank you for everything you have done (and continue to do) to get me cycling again.
