I needed some warranty work done and even though I'd brought the car at the kastner Exeter branch this branch we're more than helpful and the repair was done in the allotted time so I wasn't left waiting around.
Excellent customer service and buying experience. Rob went the extra mile in helping my partner organise a surprise making it a truly memorable occasion when I collected my new car just before Christmas. All the staff are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Always with a smile on their faces no matter how busy they are. As a new Volvo customer I now look forward to having Kastner Volvo as my local dealer :)
