Shut it down. Waste of time.
Had to wait 1 hour and 40 minutes before starting my agreed set appointment time. Every booking will take roughly 45 minutes whether you sell or not, but webuyandcar book with 20 minute slots and in my case double booked appointments from 9am till 10:20am on the assumption people will not arrive for their appointments. My appointment was booked and checked the day before for 10:40am, I then saw Adam the sales rep at 12:20pm and finished at roughly 13:10 with an agreed sale. Disgusting and not his fault. The booking system is broken and costing the company alot of potential sales because lots of people arrived, saw the super long queue and alot of angry faces and with nowhere to sit or wait except on random stairs in the hallway to upstairs or stand by the outside door by a car park for 2 hours.On another note, Adam the salesman was excellent, I didnt get the price I wanted but it was a fair price and you dont use this service to get your online quote as they will check every millimetre of your vehicle and deduct for each mark/scratch etc.The management needs to sort the timings issue out or no one will use this Barnstaple location anymore, either that or add a second member of staff to help pick up the wordload. I thought it strange my appointment was confirmed by phone by the Cardiff branch.
Rip off, offer you an on line price which is "promised" but when you get there they offer a ridiculously low price. Waste of everyone's time.
