I can't explain how grateful I am to the car care team for fixing my car today. They always seem to go above and beyond and made such a horrible day so much nicer for me. Thank you so much to the whole team .
Recently hit a nice big pot hole that put my tracking out. I was informed of this while having my car serviced at its local dealership. They then quoted me an astronomical amount to sort the tracking on top of what I paid for the service and MOT. I decided to shop around and found that the Car Care Centre was easily locatable and their website informative. Upon calling, I was greeted by a very friendly and professional individual who was able to book me in at a prompt and convienient time to sort the issue. I found the atmosphere of the garage to be friendly and pleasant. The staff were more than happy to help and kept me up to date throughout the work on my car. I was able to wait and have a coffee while the work was carried out and noted that the car was test driven and double checked before the keys were handed back to me. In comparison to the dealership, the overall price was extremely good value for money. I have had no further issues and would like to thank the team at Car Care Centre for dealing with this issue promptly and efficiently. Would happily recommend to family and friends. Many thanks N.D
I have used this company for many years and have never had any reason to complain.In fact! when my children where young I broke down one cold morning, on a country road & not having AA or RAC cover I was stuck. I rang these guys and within an hour they had towed me, kids & my car back in to the garage and let me use a courtesy car so I could get the kids to school.I would like to say a big thank you for the many years of great serviceTHANK YOU ALL
