I can't fault the service from Woolacotts. From the moment I entered the store, the customer adviser was attentive to my needs. As I unfortunately smashed the front door of my oven, I was desperate to buy an oven that day and the big chain competitors such as Currys and Argos were unable to provide an oven (Curry's doesn't even stock ovens, yet displays them). He only had one in my price range available, however he also offered the one on display just so I had an oven that day!In the end I had the oven delivered within two days as I was offered free delivery and installation - this service would definitely cost extra at the bigger chains. On day of delivery I was given an ETA and as I was working that day I asked to be called 10 minutes before arrival of which the delivery persons stuck to. Although I decided to install the oven myself as I only had a short time window out of the office, the delivery men kindly placed the oven where I needed it in the house and gave advice on installation and first use, preventing my first meal from tasting like burnt lubricant!For those of you have managed to get to the end of this review, I received my oven for the same price as Currys, received it 5 days earlier than quoted by them, received excellent customer service (I waited 10 minutes, had an adviser walk past me, only to find out they don't stock any ovens) and free delivery/installation. I would recommend Woolacotts as your first port of call for electronics.
