I joined in April 2017 after having major surgery. My goal at the time was to get fit . By September I had joined several classes run by Jo & Sophie. A year later after having my programme changed and attending classes I have become fitter and stronger. Sophie has written my programmes and due to her professionalism and bubbly personality I have achieved my recent goal of 41kg loss and 10.5 inches lost during the last 8 weeks. Thanks Sophie. You're a star!

Really pleased with my results. I am feeling a lot better in myself and like not being out of breath anymore.Allie Brooks
