Brilliant environment to focus on fitness and develop/learn new sports...like Aerial/hoop, pole and stretch/yoga. All classes are fun! My flexibility has increased so much with attending stretch/yoga. Miranda is a very supportive trainer and I feel well looked after in classes. I have made great friends there which is a lovely bonus! Xxx
A friendly welcoming place, run by experienced instructors, who give time to everyone individually each lesson to ensure you get the most out of your training . The studio is beautiful, overlooking the River Taw. It is light airy and has lots of space, in addition to pole there is a good balance of other classes available such as yoga, pilates, bootcamp, stretch and aerial.
