Having just purchased an engagement ring from Catherine Bishop I have to say the service provided and the finished product are of the highest quality. From the initial discussion to the final article it was an absolute pleasure to deal with Catherine and her attentive staff every step of the way. As someone severely lacking in knowledge of diamonds and jewellery in general I found their professional advice exceptionally helpful and my fiance and I are extremely happy with the outcome.

After hearing what sort of style I like, I was shown a range of items around my budget and they were all spot on. A very astute lady with an obvious wealth of experience which seems to come naturally to her. My choice of necklace was not quite the finish I'd have wanted, so I was offered to have it 'brushed' for some texture and to tone the silver down. I wouldn't have thought to ask, and it was the perfect solution. I'll be back for sure.
