Vegetable spring rolls....lovely.Chicken curry...just lumps of fat in a watery sauce...sickening.Egg fried rice...dried cold rice with no flavour...no egg!!!Shredded chilli chicken...again fatty lumps of who knows what...in a very very sweet sauce.. no chilli at all. Delivery was extremely quick....within 15 minutes of ordering which makes me think the food had been sat around and not fresh!!! Extremely disappointed...normally order from another Chinese take away...but thought I would venture out...wrong decision. Those "Chicken" fat lumps will haunt me! Absolutely disgusting. No pride in the food they produce to take away customers.

Ordered a 50 odd pound order 1 hour went by and had to phone lady was very rude said should be on way another hour went by still nothing so called but kept hanging up 2 hours 20 mins later food arrived driver said he only had order in car for 15 mins we rejected due to having to get McDonald's we have used painted fan for years now we will find a new take away I suggest you sort your rude staff out credit to drive very polite and understanding
The food was delicious, but a wait of 2 hours is unacceptable. We were a large party (over 40) but they knew in advance we were coming. They should have been better prepared with a sufficient number of chefs. They were still doing takeaways in preference to us!
Always order our takeaway from here and the food is lovely however the customer service is a shambles, placed our order at 6.30 for 7.30 delivery, 8pm came and still no food so I rang and the girl on the phone was rude and unhelpful. The food finally arrived at 8.24pm. Won't be using them again very disappointed.
