Top car rental experience. They upgraded me from my booked choice of car. The car was almost new and beautifully presented. Friendly and professional staff made the experience pleasant and straightforward.
Usually a very good experience... But slightly let down this time with how rushed everything was. The car keys were handed from the previous renter to myself and the car hadn't been through the valet!!! Always ensure that's written on the form so any previous damage may have been missed! Another note is when booking online and including the damage waiver I was surprised to have to pay additional money for the FULL damage waiver!! And it's substantial... My advice is that if you rent at least a couple times + a year then go online and get a 3rd party car hire insurance..it covers everything and is so so much cheaper in the long run.
