Two points here. Firstly, they have changed the layout around now do looking for items on their VDUs is easier. However the payment process is confusing and slow. If you want to make it easier for yourself buynonline first.Secondly be cautious about the statutory guarantee. I bought an electronic item from them and they found a way of dismissing the guarantee even though it was caused by a breakdown and not damage. Either pay the extra for the insurance or don't count much on the guarantee
