Good store helpful and friendly staff
Great for picking up larger items, plenty of parking and usually quite quick. I do find I use Argos a lot less than I used to now that the High St. Store is closed.

Bought a scooter which broke on 1st ride... took it back to Argos and the guy was slightly unhelpful but said he would reserve another and call me when to pick it up ( which he didn't) rang Argos today to see what was going on and it turned out the original guy hadn't reserved the scooter at all and had simple taken the broke one... however JOHNNY after saying he would see if he could find one for me from another store but unfortunately would take a few days has just rang to say not only has he found one in another store but he's managed to get it in for today for about 3hours time! Excellent customer service from him and communication and would like to thank him on my 5year old daughters behalf! Thank you JOHNNY xx
