Called in while on holiday a few wks ago! Great atmosphere played pool with a girl of the Landlady! Landlady was very pleasant and made me feel welcome.A wide range of good ales Would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the Barnstaple area.
We went for a Darts presentation and meal. Excellent food and atmosphere. Highly recommended for small functions of 30 to 40 or less.
Basic pub with nice rooms upstairs. Rooms can be a bit noisy as it is close to a busy road. Good value for money. Dont hang around for breakfast though.
